New guy, so sorry if asked and answered before. I am actively searching for a newer(or new) Rocket Roadster. Do California bikes have emission equipment that would affect the performance? If so, how much of a problem to fix? Thanks.

Welcome. Can't answer your question except to put forth that the Beast has enough performance from the showroom floor to put wide smiles on one's face. Even if the CA models are choked down a bit, we expect they still go quite well.

One can always change up things to enhance the go.

What about a TX bike? Eurosport Cycle, Ft. Worth, TX is our dealer of choice. Tony is good people. Last we stopped by, they had a couple of Roadsters on the floor. Fly in, ride home??

We trudge on.

The R3R that was bought right after I bought mine is 50 state legal and ran quite well. The fellow put Tors on it and underseat K&N right away but that is the only mod he's made. It's his first R3 so if it is choked down much, he doesn't know it.

This is my 4th R3 and it's no slouch... But I will be getting rid of some stuff over time... To wake it up some more
