Does anyone know if there is a tuneboy usb cable driver for windows 7. I tried to find one on tuneboy website but no luck

Did you try the FTDI drivers on the Tuneboy site?

You can also download the latest ftdi usb drivers from this site:

D2XX Direct Drivers

It says these will work for 7, xp, and Vista.
