Just FYI -
I cancelled the order as I found the mini USB end is not compatible with the S9+.
I did find this one that should work for me . . .

I have two cables, I think I found the adapter that came with it before we left, but everything got packed in boxes, now I have to find it all over again, lol.

So has anybody used a fire tablet? Got some money built up on Amazon and could use a tablet for other things on my job.
Did you ever get an answer to this question?
I bought a Fire7.
You need to do a bit of jail breaking to get Google Play Store on the device.
Install a file management app and a file decompression app
I have installed TuneECU and it seems to function properly. Can load, alter and save maps
TuneECU recognizes and properly identifies the LoneLec cable when it is attached to the tablet
But I have not connected it to the motorcycle yet. But it sure looks promising
