Just a quick update for anyone who comes across this for answers, and those here:
The bike runs fine, and everything is working as it should be. As stated before by the wonderful people here, and @barbagris expertise, the Ram Air Filter Kit, by itself, is a relocation kit for the Rocket 3. Now, with the kit installed, you can continue upgrading the bike, like the exhaust system, Dyno Tune, and get more power from the bike.
After going up and down on the I-95 and local runs, the bikes runs just as it did before. When I said the bike "feels" different it does, since the air isn't being released underneath your butt from under the seat, you don't feel the bike as much in my personal opinion, instead, you feel the roar coming from the front, since the Ram Air is right underneath the bear claw.
Anyways, thank you everyone for chiming in and giving me your advice, as I said before, I still have a lot to learn about motorcycles.
