Rider's backrest (sometimes), otherwise as nature intended. I do have a passenger backrest too (could hardly say "sissy bar" now could I ) because I take my son to school and other places. Bags, but only when I NEED them, e.g. shopping - don't have a car - or on a trip. No girlie stuff here. And only the music of the engine and exhaust. Guess I'm a piece of toast.
When I bought my bike it came with the touring screen leather bags engine bars and leather strap, I have added in the bar grip heaters ISO grips cos the old arthric joints and hands I have a fly screen which I switch too for round town and short trip and some long trips but always put the touring screen on to go to Phillip Island cos the weather, the bags are mounted on ghost bracket and they and the trunk only go on when needed otherwise I use my tank bag , I have a cheap GPS, highway pegs gelseats plus Airhawks with thick sheepskin covers changed to floor boards again arthric knees I have a towbar for towing the home away from home camper trailer, I prefer to be called a pavlova thanks cos I ain't gay
