I assume I have discharged my battery by leaving my OBD device plugged in all night. No problem, I will charge the battery till the green light comes on and reinstall the battery. Turn the key and lights come on but no sweep on the gauges. No start.

My OBD plug connecting to my Garmin stays plugged in 24/7 and I have never had an issues with it draining the battery. How old is your battery? It may be trying to tell you something. ;)

Yes if i must....trip to the store to buy a new battery....110 dollars back home to install battery...installed battery still nothing....check all the fuses, stare at the bike, go back inside, sit down to think about it....kill switch.... so run back outside and sure enough the %#& kill switch.

Don't ask me how I knew that was gonna be the problem.

u are not the first and probably will not be the last.:D

Now I feel bad, I was going to suggest that but didn't want to sound like an azz. I guess we both learned something, I will mention the obvious no matter how it is taken by the recipient and you learned what works and what doesn't when the kill switch in on. :( :)
