Are Triumph R3 bags and backrest/luggage rack quick release?

Anybody have any experience with these? If they are quick release, does any mounting hardware stay attched to bike?

no they arn't but it takes me about 20 mins to put the panniers on/off

I have K-drive bags that you can take on and off easily! The chrome bar that attatches to the sides is easy to take off and can be removed in 5-10minutes. I usually only attach my bags if I'm going on a trip!

Not quick release and frame stays.The bags have about 5 allen keys bolts holding them onto the frame with 2 different sized bolts holding the frame to the bike.
You could make them quickER to release if you drill some holes right the bags so you can undo the frame bolts without having to undo the 5 smaller ones holding the bag to the frame.
Luggage rack and back rest is more good old fashioned nuts and bolts
