Love me some EBC HH, bed in is easy, and they dust less and last significantly longer than organic.
One thing about HH pads to be aware of, they go from good to GREAT once they get hot. As a result, when coming down from very high speeds (150+) they will get stronger after a second or two of braking hard, so you'll end up needing to reduce pressure to maintain a steady rate of deceleration. At least that's how it was on my Daytona, haven't noticed it on the R3.
