EML on and service light on after muffler change.

I have the 2024 rocket storm .. two 02 sensors and a locked ecu..i want to fit the vandemon slip on muffler but im hearing after fitting the engine management light and possibly the service light appear after install..can these be switched off with a scan tool .

Normally yes, that said it doesn't mean they won't come back. The service light (wrench icon) is based on day/month or mileage, the MIL is sensor driven. If the O2 sensor is sending a DTC code, turning it off won't clear it, you have to rectify or bypass the problem.
