I had a black one on my chopped Bonny. My friends nick named that bike the black limp dick. Those lights have that awful nickname. You have been warned.

Thanks for the input. I am most interested in how well they can be seen from the rear.

I had an Incandescent 1157 bulb in the one on my bike. No one ever hit me so I guess they could see it. If you can get an led that would obviously be brighter. Good luck.

HMMMM...I still have the one from my 1969 Rocket 3. Might be an interesting RETROfit. Of course I'd fit it with LED's.
