Another Custom Exhaust system

Last part of the project, fitting up the air duct, still in gelcoat but will be chrome wrapped when I am happy with it.

To finish off I wanted it to get more air in and after checking out what a couple of captains have done with foam filters.
I modified & fitted up a BMC panel filter into the standard airbox

Wait until we get Nev Lush and Wayne's response - but my SOTP Dyno says the ramair flows air very bloody well.
Better than my home-grown and that was better than K&N's. Sadly no REAL dynos close to me (afaik not one braked Dyno in Spain) so no way I'll ever know for sure.

Les's induction prototype is going on my bike for a while .. going to stand out like dogs balls on a cat as they say .. fingers crossed the induction noise will ... fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck off !!!!!

I had that power dip down low too when I opened the secondaries to 100%. I tried reducing secondaries to 75% at about 2250 and was able to get rid of it. Smooth curve no dip. With your dyno report I would try it at 2000, 2250 and 2500. See what happens. It may surprise you.
