Another Custom Exhaust system

Curious

Excellent job on the pipes. Thanks for taking the time to put the pics on the sight.

Curious to find out how they sound, and if you are feeling any heat on your right leg when driving.

Certainly looks like there would be a lot less fabrication needed to put heat shields on this system .. should they be needed. Just about straight pipe were a heat shield would need to go.

Ummmm, fired her up today........ I'm stoked....... them again I have to say that

Rode her home wearing my Kevlar Kee Gee shorts and New Balance runners .... after all the stop start and traffic lights I'm happy to say I still had all the hairs on my leg and not uncomfortable at all.....there is heaps of clearance...... will take it out for a longer run and hopefully do a sound file.

Power wise........ farkenhell......unbelievable torque

On another note Hanso texted me this morning and said the Classsic has lower floorboards, After abit of discussion with Trevor (my exhaust mate) and if there is any interest to do another set he seems to think its not too much of an issue to reconfigure the layout (talking larger radius bends here and tighter ones there etc etc) to clear the higher master-cylinder cover/foot rest on the other models...... he just needs a donor bike to make it happen............

Looks good your next set you should use 2 inch headers and larger slash cuts it will increase you power while retaining the cool triple pipe looks. Maybe even add three megaphones instead of the slash cuts. Just a idea she looks great, I always loved the triple pipe look it just did not make the power I require so I finally gave in and went to 3-1.

No pricing yet TC, i am looking at a different option for the flange as it has quite abit of machine time and that makes them hexie......... I should have more info when we catchup next Saturday ok
