Analog gear indicator

Anybody knows of an analog gear indicator? I'm thinking of something old-style with a floating arrow pointing to the selected gear on a linear scale:

Similar to those automatic indicators, just with actual gears

I think that would look awesome, or maybe I'm just drunk...

If I could rip the one off my Roadster and give it to you I gladly would, I hate gear indicators on a bike.
