Let me start by saying that I'm a complete dork!
Okay so... yesterday I ordered a part from eBay store Gengras-Motorcycles.
And within an hour I had received the shipping confirmation complete with the UPS tracking number.
Then I learned that I had ordered the wrong part. And of course I was completely angry with myself not failing to do the appropriate research up front. I emailed the seller and confessed to my idiocy and asked if there was any way to stop the order. Since I'm in California and they are on the east coast, I knew that I would not hear back until today. So I stressed over it last night believing that I would at very best, eat the shipping costs associated to this transaction.
Well this morning I was greeted with an email confirming a complete refund! This was accompanied by the sellers email expressing a complete understanding of my mistake and he even gave me the correct part numbers of the right parts.
Well I'll be ordering them from him. I also promised that I would convey to this forum, my absolute pleasure and high regard for the service they provided. It could have been a pain in the you-know-what but he made it easy and with complete understanding.
I recommend them highly.
