(Almost) No One Steals Triumphs

The comprehensive Insurance for my new Kawasaki 1400 GTR is Au$75.00 per year less than the Rocket touring, go figure!, a much faster sports touring bike of equal value
 
Progressive and Geico are competetive on their rates, some places ones less than the other. I've gone back and forth between them 3 times now.

That's your bargaining skills and the local region theft and accident rates often done via ZIP or postal code. Live in a high theft area and bingo rates go ballistic!
 

I switched to Geico years ago after a buddy said to try them, at the time I was around 44 years of age? driving a Honda Valkyrie Interstate and paying Progressive Insurance over $1200 a year, I also had a exemplary driving record, Geico quoted me $157 for the year with the exact same coverage. Many moons and Motorcycles later I'm still using them.

THEY were supposed to be friends that Ive known for 15 years that I rode and raced with and I understand that they had been doing a lot of drugs and drinking but thats not an excuse I hadnt been feeling well and was in and out of hospitals so it seems they thought the could rob me and I wouldnt be around to prosecute them thats the only thing we can figure out as dumb as it sounds I always tuned and repaired their bikes for free for years so it was a real shock when they stole the bike
