Air Shocks

I have a 232bar hand pump too - Tiny volumes. Originally designed to pressurise the hydraulics on Wellington Bombers. With dehumidifier. - Not that it really matters at 200bar.
Have you worked on a lot of Wellington Bombers? If so, then you are older than I thought.

progressive makes a great air shock, been using them for approx. 8 years and very trouble free.they are totally rebuildable if the need arises. around 325 bucks on line.it is a part no for Harleys and vtx , bikes the same size as ours.4161609a is the part no for a 13'' shock.i think that's 1/2 inch longer than stock.they inflate manually ,but once dialed in you wont want to change anyway.really transforms these bikes into a very plush ride that tracks amazing in the curves.oh and its not a thousand dollar gamble,if you don't like them.they look a lot like the front fork also, with the matching the brushed finish of front end.i mounted mine with the air lines hiddenunder the rear fender for a really clean look.with me at 250lbs 50-60lbs of air seems to be the sweet spot.

Not 100% sure about NZ set-up, I'd imagine so. Guess easy enough to have a friend in the UK or US purchase for you and forward on .. warranty issues or come re-build time it could get tricky.
