I noticed a few didn't post their age *cough Skip*....... lol

GPMAZ... You had me fooled! I thought you was maybe in late 30s because the way you talked about riding hard, sport bikes, fast cars, etc...
You go man!

I'm 42 ..... getting old : (

55, like 'em all ride a R3T, a Sprint, a Honda CB750, and a 80 r65 with side car. Barn was getting too crowded, sold my Dynaglide and GSXR600 this Spring.

Sure would like to see a pic of the R65. Here's an R80/7 I sold a few years back. One of 5 or 6 BMWs I've owned and one of my favorites

That's funny. Hell, I had to work for a living. When I was in my late 30's I was going from a Yamaha XS650 to a Suzuki GS1000. Took a long time to afford some of the more expensive toys.

Maybe we older guys like the Rocket so much because it's the only bike quick enough to take us back in time....without the flux capacitor

ok guess i'll fess up ...looks like im older than most here at 70,
sold my goldwing about 6months ago and affter a lifetime of riding and growing up racing motorcross finally went thru most of the bigger cruisers(vtx, valkyrie)then the wing for two years.thought i might try bass fishing and got a 21' tornament rig with a 300 hp .but i kept jerking the hooks out of the fish at 80mph so i gave up fishing.
my girlfriend saw a bike for sale at a local bank and when we stopped it was the 06 rocket 3 and had to have it so i unretired my helments and back to riding.
am enjoying the forum and have learned a lot about the r3 on here ,keep up the good work guys and thanks for sharing your wisdom.:D

a 70 year young Vulcan? Cool I'm not too old - 66 here. Riding all but 3 of my years. Father was an Indian dealer and built me a little springer frame with a 2 speed Whizzer.

Half your luck, Bull. Great pic and a fantastic little bike you had there. I was at least 10 years older than that when my brother and I would hitch hike to a dirt track and hire Honda SL70s and XR75s by the 1/2 hour for as long as we could afford. Never dreamed of owning one then.

I'm 1958 vintage .. some days i feel like i've been down a long long road .. and ran most of the way :D
