Advice on brake pads.

Flipmeister is a sole-proprietor, and is a fellow rider. When he's out, he's out. He does get to his requests promptly when he returns.

Knowing that about him, I don't use him for something I have to have tomorrow.

Brake pads usually provide plenty of lead time -- plenty to place an order. And if I'm that concerned, I'll keep a set on the shelf -- same day service -- unless I'm out . . . just sayin'

Different strokes for different folks.

I'm with you on this one. No prompt customer service, no customer to service.
 


i know that Paul. & i appreciate your input. I've just been through some unprofessional B/S lately that has me jaded to unprofessional practices so I just don't have patience for that kind of business. I'm sure Flip is a fine feller, I just choose to do business with eBay and the like because of instant feedback

Sorry for my rant, I've just had some f'd up dealings lately

Yes, Flipmeister is still in business. I just received an order of EMGO oil filters from him. And have ordered other parts. I just go with the flow, happy to support a small vendor who shares my passion for power on two wheels.
