Is it normal for the ABS light to stay on until the bike is moving? It's the only idiot light that doesn't go off right away after the engine is started...

. . . or until it comes on for good and you need the "Dealer Tool" to bleed and re-set!

From owner's manual:
"The ABS indicator light illuminates to show that the ABS function is not available. Illumination is normal after engine start-up, and until the motorcycle first reaches a speed exceeding 6 mph (10 km/h). Unless there is a fault, it should not illuminate again until the engine is restarted. If the indicator light becomes illuminated at any other time while riding it indicates that the ABS has a malfunction that requires investigation."
Hope this helps:).

New guy here. 1st Triumph. Bike was delivered last week. Took it out for a couple miles. Parked in garage. It got cold. Took battery out. Charged it in the basement. It was warm enough to get it started and had a check engine light on and the abs light lit also. These were not lit last week. Ordered an obd2 cable to check faults. Any help is appreciated.
