2025 Storm ECU questions...

There is an OBD11 connector under the seat. It's attached to a length of cabling and is positioned on the right side of the under seat area. It sits face down, so doesn't look like a port until you lift it up off it's wee mount. So all you see is cable and the back of a plug with a black plastic outer cover over it. Once you see it you'll be fine.

Here are the pic's from under my seat. Ignore the square box thing in the middle, it's an add on I put in there.

Yeah, have that, tried that with the ODB2 code reader recommended by Tune ECU. Won't connect. Can't read the ECU. Supports the theory that the ECU is locked. Won't even connect to it. I was a bit confused and looking for a different "maintenance port" because of the information available on the Tune ECU website. It clearly states the connection should be Euro 5 6 pin connector but that does not exist on my bike. Assuming they are referring to an earlier model which has since been changed to the standard ODB2 port pictured above.

Is your ignition fully on (not ACC, but fuel pump whining)?
Yes, tried every possible order of events. Start software, connect, turn on the bike. Turn on the bike connect, start software. Every scenario. Even hooked up a trickle charger and pulled the fuse for the headlight like they recommended.

Where are you seeing the thing about Euro 5 pin connectors? I looked on TuneECU's site and didn't see anything about that for this bike.
