ECU mapping for 2024/25 storm models

Evening rocket lovers.

New here and looking at buying a 2025 Storm R and after taking one for a test ride a few days ago it wasn't difficult to fall in love.

Now I've already ordered the OBD link and downloaded and paid for the TuneECU app not realising that it was only good for the previous models. My bad and I'll wear it as a passion before research lesson if I can't use it.

Can anyone in the know if there's work going on behind the scenes to get into the storm model ECU's to allow mods like Penners or even to remove the throttle restriction in the near or distant future?

I don't know about the maping but you can still use what you bought to reset the service interval to turn the light off.

BT Moto offers a flash for the new Rockets but depending on the option you choose (mail in ECU or get handheld flash tool) it will cost $300 to $400 .
