Yes, tried every possible order of events. Start software, connect, turn on the bike. Turn on the bike connect, start software. Every scenario. Even hooked up a trickle charger and pulled the fuse for the headlight like they recommended.

Do you have the correct OBD 2 reader. A generic one will not work. I have a 2025 rocket and use the OBD Link MX+ OBD reader. It clears the light and shows you numbers for everything that the bike is doing like throttle possition exe... i actually have a video on my you tube channel Athomevideos showing how I do it on my bike.

I also have the BT Moto tune on my bike and installed it with the hand held they send you. I also have a video on that.
