2025 Storm ECU questions...

It would make sense that part of euro5 compliance is a locked ecu, that said BT moto is removing more factory restrictions on our newer bikes.

There is an OBD11 connector under the seat. It's attached to a length of cabling and is positioned on the right side of the under seat area. It sits face down, so doesn't look like a port until you lift it up off it's wee mount. So all you see is cable and the back of a plug with a black plastic outer cover over it. Once you see it you'll be fine.
