2014 Honda Valkryie

Those two stroke Kaw 500's and 750's were some of the baddest bikes ever.

Back in the day; I had an old (now) Z1 900 Kaw that wasn't bad at all for a four stroke.

The subject Honda doesn't do a thing for me; it has no soul.

The Rocket III has a soul; like a fine 1911, or a really good guitar.

Rick

Does anyone remember the Yamaha 350 cc twin cylinder oil burner? Blue smoke everywhere and sounded like bumblebees in a beer can but was real quick.

Be fun to cut up and make look right. Plastic is easy. Bear claw with a scoop could replace that starwars radiator shrould. Anyone found the 1/4 mile times??

Looks too much like the M109r to me. Not saying I wouldn't ride it, I just wouldn't take it home to meet mom.:whitstling:

Stripes,

My other bike is a 1968 Yamaha YR2 350cc. Makes a great statement sitting next to the monster.

As for the new Valk, it's growing on me. You can never tell **** from pics anyway but when you watch the vid and see it with a guy perched on it hauling ass, it looks pretty mean. In a Honda sorta way that is.

I do I do ! I used to work on a guys R5. Then worked on a couple of "RD's". The RD's were the $hit. First bike I ever saw with the gauges connected together by a "dash". Six speed trans, reed valve intake, good low end power, great top end power and they were nice to look at !

I had the later green one with chambers ...... That thing really moved and got me into trouble with the cops a couple of times as it was Sooo easy to get it up and keep it up on back wheel it used to lift even in second but third was a bit harder to get up

It would give a 650 Tiger a good run from light to light.
