Is the 2009 Rocket III a 'Roadster' or is the seller a big fat liar?

Thanks for filling in the things I missed ;) as somebody pointed out recently too, it can make s big difference when tunes start getting uploaded. Important to know which model you have!

The difference in peg position from standard to roadster is roadster pegs are back 100 mm and up 20 mm . Same donk and box so no power difference once the tunes and mods start rolling in and they always do so not to many Rockets out there as slow as a stock roadster no matter what it's beginings . And yes 2010 onwards is roadster with abs . Do u really need abs ? Only if your one of the guys who can't seem to stop in a hurry without locking the rear wheel . welcome and enjoy your new beast

Thanks 'idk' and everyone else, I am clear on all the different types of Rockets now. Still going to try to take a ride to the Triumph dealer (one hour away) because they have a 2014 Rocket on the floor that I want to see.

@MickyB thank you, I have been a member of many other forums where people are cocky and rude. Everyone here has been clear and super helpful!
@Evil Mitch Actually I was also thinking that the 09 would be better for me because I don't want ABS. I test rode a BMW GS1200 last week and the ABS sensor on those bikes makes a crazy annoying noise anytime you touch either brake. I like my bikes without as many bells and whistles (though their heated handgrips are pretty awesome).

I was actually debating between a BMW GS1200 or a Rocket but the Rocket has won. I know it's comparing apples to oranges but the rocket is just way cooler at this point (and more rare).
