11.15.2011 TuneECU 2.0 now Released

Hi,

Yes, that works. He only needs to read the PCV-map from his PCV and save then on his computer.
Then he must these PCV-file into a hex-file import and then he must store the hex-file with a new name.
The finished hex-file can then be loaded with TuneECU on your ECU.
But beware, even if the bikes have the same configuration, does not necessarily fit his map to your engine, because every engine is different.

BR, Tom
Thanks Tom I realise it would not be perfect but it would be more accurate and close so I have a good Base which with TuneECU I can then fine tune with a few Tweaks Next ime I take it to a Dyno

Oh it must have been Alain I will send again after work . He did reply though and said my Pcv map was from a speed triple but I assure u this is not the case as it was developed on my 09 rocket with Pcv on the dyno a few weeks ago . I will send again thank u

Hi Evil,

If this has been viewed Alain and has replied to you, then you should continue to work with him.

So everything stays in one hand ......

After to much rain Busy at work finnally got out around town to try the tune out will need to tweak it a little bit lean comming of a closed throttle a tad jerky and lots of decel pop and I have to transfer it on to the 7500rpm base but all in all a very nice tune I give her a run on hwy soon to see what see does when I give her the berries;):D Thanks again Mitch it will be interesting to see what AF's it is doing cos it is very close to the slightly lean tune I had in when I took it to dyno in Canberra :D

Yeah mate at the end of the day though that tune is designed for my machine with 98 octane and a MT on it realisticly i would be getting your own tune done the ct and fuel u run would make too much difference i think

I get absolutely no decel popping whatsoever with that tune just out of interest which further proves that canned tunes are useless everybike is different and should be dialled in on the dyno themselves for optimum performance IMO anything else is just close. my bike runs with no popping no jerkyness and great power throughout the range thats why i dont really trust canned tunes . you could get a tune done on yours and send it to me and i bet my bike would run crap with it in because it wouldnt be in the bike its designed for . PCV or pcIII and dyno on your specific bike and ya cant go wrong in my opinion.

Hey Mitch I was not crisizing your tune quite the oposite Just leting you know how it went I did not expect it to be perfect but a good baseline (which it is) to work from as we share a unige Exhaust Header system. I can't get 98 arond here readily infact it is getting near impossible to even get 91 without ethanol so I use 95 which is readilly available without added ethanol as said it is a nice tune otherwise i would have said it was ****, seriously thought it was nice and responseive lifting the front with ease even lit up the Darkie while stuffing around:rolleyes: teaching a siily young bugger in a WRX Subaru trying to impress his female passengers and with a minor tweak here and there the tune will be spot on for me, out of interest How many Klm's you got on your girl:)
