Got me to thinking. I have a 2006 R3 std and a 2011 R3R. Both bought almost new. I have put well over 80K on both of them combined. No big mechanical issues other than second gear on the 06 that was repaired via upgrade kit under warranty. Now, if you start considering the money spent to make them go faster....that is a different issue.

There is no end to the amount of money a man can spend too make things go faster. The only limit a man can reach is the end of his bank account. Reminds me of the time the bank called me and said my account was exhausted and I replied "how is that possible? I have plenty of checks left! "

Wow awesome mine is at 72k it's had head gasket and wiring harness and I'm hoping that's it for a long time
