The motor only has 8.7 compression and a bulletproof lower end. It points to a long long life.

I've been looking at my odometer closely this year. 57,000 miles. I lost a detent spring around 18,000 miles. A clutch cable near 40,000. Nothing else that I didn't cause screwing with the the OEM set up. My wife and I rode to Maggie Valley, towing a trailer. Perfect ride. I change the oil/filter at just under 5,000 mile intervals.
So far, the power hasn't changed and the ride is a dream. All things considered, I have no plans to change rides.
