Leaving cam cover off overnight?

Ok so I finished up the bike, today was dry enough I took it out and there is no leaks so far! I'm pretty happy about that, thanks everyone for all your help and input it's greatly appreciated! 👍

That is great. Please tell us how the valve inspection went.
Reply, surprisingly everything was still in spec, I was expecting exhaust side to maybe be tighter but it was not, also the guy who owned it before me left the bike completely stock which in my mind makes me think he didn't ride it as hard as someone who would upgrade the bike.

I checked mine recently too at 60,000kms and found them all spot, which is honestly what you would expect these days, the days of valvetrain wear or valve stretch are pretty much gone. It has been a long time since I've found any valve on any engine needing significant adjustment, and I'm talking engines with upwards of a million miles. Really makes me wonder what is going on with bike that need adjustments.

Yes I would have to agree and wonder the same thing, maybe anomalous assembly tools being out of spec? From factory? I dunno it's pretty wild when you really think about it, even bikes like my fz1 they rev pretty high and they still hold pretty tight to spec.
