Unable to register tune ECU Via Paypal and Wise. Is TuneECU dead and gone? Alternatives I could use?

To the best of my knowledge (just sorted out my 22 R3GT) Tune ECU is working just fine. Make sure you have the latest version, which can only be downloaded from the French website,... www.tuneecu.fr The custom maps are available from the main website,... www.tuneecu.net The T3T (like all the Gen1 Rockets) will only communicate via a OBDII USB lead. The Gen2 and late Rockets, only by OBDlink LX or MX bluethooth.

You are using the email associated with your google account? You could try the previous Tuneecu version. This registration problem has existed since the spring. You can do this with the windows version. PM me. Make sure you have a KKL cable with FTDI chip.

Chip compliant as suggested on TuneECU
It's a very specific chip. The Lonelec has the FTDI chip, for a comprehensive list of cables check here that yours is compatible:

Connection:

Connection to ECU (Sagem & Keihin models) with cable:
  • Connect the cable OBD (with OTG adapter if needed) to your Android device and to the diagnostic
  • connector on your bike.
  • Open TuneECU and authorize the app to access the USB accessory.
  • In the ECU-menu, use the option "Select" to set the ECU type (for example, Triumph Keihin)
  • Turn on the ignition
  • In the “ECU” menu, select “Connect”. The light in the bottom right corner starts blinking:
    • Red – Initiating Connection to the ECU
    • Orange – authentication
    • Green – Connection established
