Triumph built a "street fighter" type bike with the Rocket 3 engine?
You know, like a naked street fighter type sport bike with a shorter wheel base and a suspension to match....
Now THAT would be a fun bike...
I wonder why Triumph hasn't used that engine in other bikes....

She's too heavy I reckon. The crank alone weighs nearly 18kg - thats about 10% of the average litre bike, not so good for a small, lighter, better handling package. Plus its along the frame as opposed to across as would be needed to make a shorter wheel base. Interesting idea though - I'd certainly test ride one were it built!
