Foot pegs that are easily moved along the rails, including necessary linkages. See no reason why Triumph thinks it should dictate where we want to put our feet.

I know were he is I might get my rack redone. I couldn't get onto anyone who could recomend the bloke at Tingalpa so I went with a plater up at Redcliffe that was recomended for my rack and pipe and ended up with a crap job.
Wilbers/Ohlins/Penske suspension components at the price of Progressives. Really the 'one big' thing I would get/change would be swap to a 200 rear wheel/tyre. I know you said no wheels or tyres but honestly that's about it .. yep about it !!
The #1 improvement that Triumph could make or offer for this bike, IMHO, would be a more efficient, unstrangled exhaust system. The stock setup sucks and blows simultaneously,
