Why do I always apply too much power

I had a back tyre punchure .. at 100kph on Saturday. Tyre had a hole you could poke your pinky finger threw. Flat in about three seconds .. Rockets don't handle too well at 100 kph with no air in the back tyre .. i found out  !!

Did you take picture of the teeth marks you arse left in the seat mate, if please post.:D Thank F**K you weren't hurt mate;)

Thanks Marty ... happened really really quickly and i was in the outside lane so the trick was avoiding all the cars and getting over so i could stop the f#ckin thing. Wouldn't like to try my luck a second time , that's for sure !!!

I was very lucky the other day come home from Phillip Island the bike was steering like a pig and I put it down to the torrential rain causing the road to be greasy and with lumps and bumps in the road just slowed down some and kept it tidy by the time I got to Pambula I was ready for a rest so while stopped for fueling I was having a stretch and noticed a large bubble forming in front tyre (delaminating) I can tell you now how relieved I was to see it then and not have it pop later on up the road but I will also tell you that tr product you guys are discussing or Slime (which I carry while on trips) would not stop a burst delaminating tyre nor would these product have helped in TC's case as they are only designed to fill small holes not ones the size of ya pinky, so please don't go putting them in your tyre thinking it will be a saving grace in the case of a blow out or rapid deflation which I to have had the scary experience of having had, I once had the fun of pulling up my XT500 yamaha trail bike when the front decide to have sudden deflation... Let's just say that is dance I would rather not repeat, I mention this as I believe any one of these mirical tyre sealant would not have helped then either J M H O
