After 30 Plus thousand miles my 2005 Rocket has blown a fork seal. Who do you talk too about warranty or maybe an exchange for a new motorcycle. Ordering the seals and dust covers today, I am on the fence about doing the install or just pulling the tubes and taking them to the dealer. Going to do some research and look for the best avenue.

I am with you 100% George after all how many have we heard whining about Triumph when the warranty had expired some company's will bend a little but Triumph bends a lot they have looked after me as they will with you in fact three years after my warranty expired my front tyre lost two pounds of air although it made my bike lighter I was not pleased and told Triumph so.

After having to deal with Polaris on a couple of warranty issues on my Indian, I have really come to appreciate Triumphs customer service. Whereas Triumph would go above and Beyond for me, Polaris's pat answer seems to be they all do that its normal...

customer service going away quick, aint it?thats why I have no trouble going 600 miles instead of 250 miles for quality work instead of we"re done pay us

I think very interesting how much better it is with on-line companies versus brick & mortar stores.

Seals are on the way, I also sprung for an adjustable seal driver. I have watched several video's on the "Great Teacher of All that is Holy and Knowledgeable" also known as YouTube on inverted fork seal replacement. Just need to pick up some fork oil and Coors Light for celebration after the job is done.......

since the seals are held in by a (retaining) Circlip what is the adjustable seal driver for? perhaps popping open the silver bullet
