where the tire change procedure for rear wheel can be found ? I have the factory maintenance manual and there is no info on that subject ... could not get anything from the net
anyone ??
 
Not at my computer but it’s definitely in the manual. Look in resources in this site.

The rear is this simple- loosen lugs, jack bike, pull wheel. You do not remove the rear brake set. Super easy…

While there consider lubing the rear wheel needle roller bearing bearings (see manual, pg 184 - 185) and the drive shaft (see my post below).

I also clean the brake assembly and change the final drive fluid.

Lube the splines...

At a little over 8k miles I thought it time to lube the splines on the 3R. I'm one of the few who went through a final drive and drive shaft on the older models and have tried since then to do this with every rear tire change or, at least, every other, so every 4 -8,000 miles. Although there was...

Mounting an Exedra Max rear tire on the new 3R = Better Handling

This is a DIY install of the Exedra Max on the new 3R. It requires minor modifications to the forward most rear fender and, if doing it yourself, a tire stand and Mojo Lever - I'd say about a two beer rating for time/difficulty. The result, in my opinion, is a less expensive tire that provides...

THANKS FOR THE INFO somehow I do not have this info on neither factory nor owner's manual I don't plan of changing tire myself but want to tell the bike shop the sequencing and torque value to be sure..

There should be 1808 pages in the PDF service manual, anything else and you may only have part of it...
 
Do you know the center axle size? I have a Rabaconda tire changer and wondering if an adapter is needed.
