What tyres are you running?

Tyres are coming up for replacement and I am not too happy with the metzelers so was wondering if any of you guys are running anything different and how happy you are with them and why.

I put a Toyo Proxes T1R 225/55 16 on the rear about two weeks ago. The tire is exceptional, IMO. I have run CTs on my VTX 1800s for the last three years, but this Toyo doesn't really feel like a CT to me... it's that good!
 
Don't want to run ct's (insurance issues in UK) and would like to stick to standard sizes if poss

It's you brits that started the whole car tire thing on the R3, what does insurance have to say about it?

Hahahahaha....Yep, Invercargill is where Burt Munro is from Scot.......right down on the southern tip of UnZud.....You can tell that's where Wayon and his partner are from coz that's summer riding gear they are wearing in their photo.....Sorry Wayon, couldn't help myself....even on Anzac day....

Avon Cobra front and rear. Great tires. 14k on front and still going, about 9k on rear before is was done. May have gone longer but had right wrist problems that I'am still working on.
 

Shes right mate !!!! yes Burt was my neighbour and the penguins still waddle down Dee street and am going to have a couple of beers about now to toast all the old Diggers !!! Cheers Wayne.
