What Kind of hard bags are these?

Love my Beetle Bags. They have been on the bike since purchased new in August 2007. 1 tip-over on the way to RAA 9, only damage were a few paint scratches. My BB's came with the heat shield already on them. I have used the stock 3 pipe system and the 3 pipe TORs. No trouble with the bags doing anything bad. Occasionally I do have to add a little contact cement when the corners peel a little.
