well i just love your threads (almost comical sorry)
jmo i would think that if the map sensor is reading one cyl diff then it must be reading the cyls when cranking. there fore either one has a vacuum leak or one of the throttle plates is sticking or set wrong. this may or may not be your problem.
u question what i told u about the starting fluid. i would give it a two second spray to the air filter then crank it over.
never spray while cranking the logic behind this is to see if your problem is FUEL OR SPARK PLUGS FIRING. if it trys to start u have just cut the problem in half and we then know more what to tell u .

i would spray all the return springs on the throttles with wd 40 and also work the throttles and let them pop back then try your map settings to see if they changed.
also when u first turn on ign the stepper motor will extend then settle back to the .72 tps volts. u might check this.
a little spray could eliminate a lot of guessing. good luck
