Vacuum hose routing

@warp9.9 what do you think about the TPS on this bike. Are you touching the throttle any at all. You do not want to give it any throttle when starting.

I have replaced the TPS with the newer type. I have adjusted the Stepper motor gap to .5mm and corrected the TPS voltage to 6v and stepper voltage to .72v using Tune ECU already.

I am not touching the throttle. Although I did try to start it will a full open throttle twice at the advice of an earlier post from someone.

Its a 05 I would and change the plug blockoff caps on the rest of the ports one on each of the front two and two on number 3 throttle body.
Warp9.9, can I get to the block off caps easily, or do I need to remove some parts to get to them? I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for.

It depends on your air system if its OEM then you will have to pull the air duct under the tank. if you have some type of aftermarket like the triple filters you should be able to get at them once you lift the tank.

Well I just love your threads (almost comical sorry)
JMO I would think that if the MAP sensor is reading one cylinder different, then it must be reading the cylinders when cranking. Therefore, either one has a vacuum leak or one of the throttle plates is sticking or set wrong. This may or may not be your problem.
You question what I told you about the starting fluid. D would give it a two second spray to the air filter then crank it over. Never spray while cranking ! The logic behind this is to see if your problem is fuel or spark plugs firing. If it tries to start you have just cut the problem in half and we then know more what to tell you.:)
I would spray all the return springs on the throttles with WD40 and also work the throttles and let them pop back then try your map settings to see if they changed.
Also when you first turn on ignition, the stepper motor will extend then settle back to the 0.72 TPS volts. You might check this.
A little spray could eliminate a lot of guessing.
Good luck.

I'm trying to find my multimeter to check the voltage across my fuses and coils.

A simple 12V test light does wonders. to check u can also put it on the coil to check 12 volts and on the other side of the coil it should blink while cranking. hth
