That means it's not getting fuel - is the filter clogged, or fuel pump not working? You gotta figure out now why you're not getting fuel - I bet since it was running before, but running poorly, it's the fuel filter clogged
Well, there's some progress, but not a total success yet. I replaced the fuel filter. Now the bike will start, but stalls soon after. Vac readings vary between 680 and 720 at idle.(they vary together, so I don't think the throttle bodies are too out of whack) What are the readings supposed to be? Clogged injectors? How would I remedy that?

I can't really balance them because the bike won't stay running. But they do seem to be within that range even though the numbers are jumping around. I can't remember exactly, but while cranking, two of the throttle bodies were exactly the same, the third was only 10 off. I'll get some throttle cleaner and put some injector cleaner in the tank, but what's the 9v battery for?
