Quick question - I seen this "TuneECU.exe and " Key.bin" must be in the same folder

and was just looking through my downloaded and extracted Tuneecu folder and wasn't able to find/see key.bin. Is it refering to a key.bin as a tunecu file or a windows file? I think I've missed something and been left a bit confused.

I downloaded TuneEcu yesterday an am considering using the program. However, I cannot open the Dll files.....get a message stating that Windows needs to know what program to use to open.

Can someone explain to me what I need to do to open dll. files? I've read the tutorials, but perhaps I missed something...?
BTW, I'm running Windows Vista...

You don't open dll files. They're just files used by the program.
