Unidentified Clip/Cover Location Help

Hi Rocket Fam,

I just got my 10k service done and found this clip/cover loose under my seat. Does anyone know what it goes to?

that might be the clip that covers the OBD diagnostic connector which should be beside the battery (on the old ones)
