I am using v1.6.8 FYI. Here is what happened, I was finishing up with some minor adjustments with the L tables, hit save and downloaded the tune to my bike. Before I cranked it up, I was looking over the L tables, which looked good, and just so happened to click to open the I1 table and couldn't believe what I saw. There is an area in the I1 table where all the advance is in negative numbers, right........well where there used to be negs, they were now all maxed out in the +25 range. I tried to set them back down to the original neg #s, but no matter how many times I saved, the numbers would not stick. I found out that as soon as you go below zero, the number auto resets back to the max.
The only way to fix it was to open my original tune, copy the original I1 table, then open my new map and paste the table in, then save....whew what the hell?

To test, open up any map in TuneECU, go to the I1 table, find the neg #'s(Close to Idle) and change any one of those numbers from say -1.7 to -1.6 and hit save. Then open any other table up, then go back and check I1. Anyway it happens on both my computers, one running Win 7 64 bit, and the other running Vista 32 bit.

Yep. I've seen a few similar glitches occur every so often in F, L, and I tables. Mostly in Win 7 and Vista. Frustrating. I have mentioned it to Alain, and he is working on reproducing the glitches, and fixing them.FWIW, I rarely see these issues in XP Pro. Just occasional maxing of L tables when adjust them individually. Just one of the reasons I still use XP on all of my tuning laptops.

I have this program running in XP. The lowest negative ignition value it will allow is -6.0. So if you highlight a block of numbers including a -6.0, none of the numbers can be made more negative. If you highlight values higher than -6.0 , they get smaller until one hits -6.0. Saved the edited negative values then shifted to another table then back to I1, the numbers remained the same. No reset to 25.

Please use version 1.6.99
