Triumph Dragon Raid June 22-28 2009

Just wanted to let everyone know our RAT pack is trying to organize a Raid at the Dragon. For more info go to: www.BritRider.com site dedicated to riding Triumph motorcycles.
The group is staying at the Iron Horse Campground - Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge near Deals Gap and Cherohala Skyway

You do have to make your own reservations. I believe the Iron Horse campground is allowing the Triumph owners to have first dibs until January. Then they open up reservations to everyone else. You can monitor the message board at britrider.com for the latest.

I just brought it up as a possible location for RAA IV since the britrider.com guys had already done all the work.. All we would have had to do was make reservations and show up. I didn't know it cost $750 .... lol

Prices

the 750 is for a cabin rental. They have semi private room for 66.00 (Shared Bath) a night and bunkhouse beds for 25.00 a night. Private Rooms are 90.00 a night.
