If you can pull the .motor out of the bike I suspect you have enough skill to open her up. I actually think pulling her is harder.

I’m working on a how to, start to finish, that I’ll post when I’m complete.

The manual has you jumping all around it when doing this job from section to section.

I've been a professional mechanic since 1979....I can work on European autos, the Triumph should not be too difficult, I "reworked" my SV1K to 179 hp and my GS1100ESd to who really knows??? Lol
I may pull it all the way down and have a peek. Thanks....

Thanks for the input every one, give me some options to consider, I've rebuilt transmissions in the past, combined parts to make a BETTER trans axle than Chrysler gave....so here I go!!!!!! This winter that Is!!!
