TPS test and replace

The wires onto the coils were not very tight, I crimped connector a little which certainly made it a much better connection on the coil.
I loaded another tune into the ECU and went for a 20 km ride, it was much better but need to do a longer ride to be sure.
Still no TPS light.

I've sweated the "no green light TPS" before and it's not worth the trouble. My bike runs good, starts good, etc.... I contacted a few people at the time to tell them I can't get the "green light" and they told me to ride the bike. I have now changed tunes, did adjustments, reset adaptions a thousand times and STILL no green light even if I let the bike set and do a 12 min tune with computer connected. I used to get the green light pretty quickly after reseting adaptions but nothing now. Ride it and don't worry about it..... that's what I have been doing. However if you find the answer to the no green light question send me a PM if you don't mind.

Still, if someone does have "the answer" -- no reason to keep it a secret. Please post, so we can all learn.

Another good ride today and no problems, seems tightening up the wires on the coils has done the trick.
I guess I will find out when I head off to the RDU in a fortnight.
I check the trims in the PCV and they were only minor adjustments unlike the big adjustments that were going on before.

That makes sense now, if fuel ain't burning properly it would make the exhaust gases that the Wide Band O2 sensor seem rich there for the Auto Tune would be trying to reduce the fuel by triming those larger figures
