TPS source

Scot, how did you know it was a corrupt tune, I am having a bit of a problem with a hesitation when I want to accelerate after cursing on constant throttle at 2000 RPM.
I was thinking it might be a TPS problem.

Same, LOL, I ordered one, but reset mine with TuneECU while I was waiting for it, still running the original too.

You can easily test your TPS with Tune Ecu without runing the engine ! With Tune Ecu running and connected
to your bike , you twist the trottle very regulary and slowly and you control the signal of TPS in the diagnostics screen ,
the reading on the meter must grows up regulary with slow and regular variation .
 
The ECU TPS test was good, the voltage reading remained steadying when turning the throttle or holding in any position. So I reloaded the tune, but when I went to start to reset the TPS the bike would not start, I think the battery failed.
 
I don't understand the whole corrupt tune thing. How does your ECU tune become corrupt over time on the bike. To me, that would be a unusual situation and would rarely happen unless you are flashing your ECU often. If the file is corrupt to begin with, then the bike would should have issues from the get go. It's a hex file and unless the file is corrupt or the upload/ECU flash failed in someway or a computer glit damaged the file, I wouldn't expect it to be an issue.
