How cool is this?!

From a friend in San Diego who hosts traveling motorcyclists:

This cool guy contacted me on Sunday from the Bunk a Biker group, he was coming to San Diego from AZ on Sunday. Asked if he could set up and stay at my house, I said of course. He's retired and currently a permanent traveling Vagabond. He's been on the road for 3 months from upstate NY.

I invited him to stay thru Thanksgiving, we'll go riding on Friday after Turkey Day.

I love his motorcycle camping trailer, it's a mansion !

My Moto Hobo life

My crap is either sold, donated, in the landfill or stored away and my house went on the market yesterday so I will soon be realizing my dream of going off the grid and living the Moto Hobo lifestyle. After extensive research on various RV options to carry my motorcycle (5th Wheel Toy Hauler...

What a small world it can be sometimes.

As per my trip report I stopped at Randy’s place near San Diego for one night and they wouldn’t let me leave without spending TurkeyDay with them and taking a scenic scooter ride in the area along the Mexican border today.

Speaking of cool, it is going down to 39F tonight (winter goal is to stay above 50F) and I don’t want to overstay my welcome so I’m heading back to the desert tomorrow where I can wear my preferred MC riding apparel.
