I believe it is possible to wire and older ecu to the bike but you will need a older harness for the plugs. I also heard the computer geek/guru was going to Bobs on thursday hope it all works out. With out the expanded map I think the bike hit 210 hp at 5800 rpms with a regular tune boy set up you can pull 6800 I believe. This would only give the Touring a max speed of 180 mph. I new there was a reason why a Classic Bagger is better.
The only other tuner to have luck so far in the USA with the multiple trim map took 2 solid days of nightmares and phoning OZ along with a few different programs they sent. I am confident they will work it out.
Big things will be coming out of Carpenter Racing soon
Add another 2500.00 to the 5995.00 for custom chromed daul exhaust and power commander. I`TS SOUNDS crazy to spend that much but I want to go as fast as good as it looks. Maybe some day. I`ts a good thing I got my old shovelhead for backup.

Can they get around loading the ECM with a tune and just use the Power Commander to make the changes? Or are they doing one of those transfers from Power Commander back to the ECM?
Hey Rich do you have a **** eating grin on your face now I talked to Bob today and he was just tickled pink as he got the multitrim tune boy Map running and your R3T is ready to eat up ****** Rockets up. 235 HP and 200 ftlbs of torque on a toruing is just bad ass.
Next HorsePower feat for Carpenter Racing is the Roadster they Have in the shop
..well actually it's not funny..cause if I'm gonna shell out close to 8 grand for work on my bike, and it sits for over six months because they can't load a fkn tune..I'd be pissed..
MINE HAS BEEN ATCARPTENER RACING SINCE OCT. FOR A 240 UPGRADE . 1 month to do the mech part on the engine the rest of the time is trying to get the ecm to accept the tune boy tune.
