TOR exhausts

Quick question ... I just purchased an R3 Classic and was thinking of upgrading the exhaust, well I ran into the seller tonight and he's telling me that the exhausts are in fact performance Triumph exhausts. We'll he's not 100 % sure, this is info from the previous owner.

So my question, how do I confirm the exhaust? I still have the cat box.

They will say on them for off road use only or complies with EPA....etc.
The cat box is the big restriction not the mufflers.
